About kicking from guild

Guys, there some reasons why i kicked players from guild. I hope you all know them, it is low growth for some days, very low GS, not taking part in GW. But there is one more reason, very stupid, but you must consider it too.I can simply miss and press instead Visit button Kick. They are too close and too small.
